Positions:
Mark was an intern with the Federal Trade Commission prior to graduation from SMU. Prior to practicing law, he worked for the Community Development Office of the City of College Station from 1993 - 1997. He was responsible for managing a $1.3 million dollar grant that was budgeted for residential and business development of low income areas. He also supervised contracts with various non-profit organizations to provide social services to the poor. Other duties included insuring compliance with environmental laws and federal labor laws. Prior to working for the City of College Station, he was an editor and reporter for the Moore County New Press in Dumas, Texas, and also edited the North Plains Agriculture. |
