Background: Diane S. Davis is an experienced trial attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and toxic tort defense, products liability, premises liability and insurance defense. Ms. Davis has successfully argued various dispositive and pre-trial motions on behalf of her clients. Ms. Davis has practiced before both state and federal courts and has served as trial counsel for clients in Texas and Louisiana. She is engaged in all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, settlement negotiations and mediation.

Education: Preparatory Education, Xavier University of Louisiana (B.A. cum laude, 1999); Legal Education, Loyola University of New Orleans (J.D., Civil Law, 2002).
